Cartridge Heaters

Dydac Controls is engaged in manufacturing cartridge heater. The cartridge heater comprises of resister wire which is carefully placed in the heater and high-grade refractory material is used in makinng these wires.

Infrared Heaters

Infrared heat is transmitted directly in the form of electromagnetic ray, at a velocity of approx. 300,000 Km/Sec i.e. at the speed of light.

IR is therefore not only the fastest form of heat but aalso is suitable for particularly demanding applications such as vacuum technology and clean room applications.

Coil Heater Cast in Brass

Beeco Coil heater Cast in Brass having an outer casing of stainless steel. Available with an added feature of built-in thermocouples its applications are similar to coil heaters such as hot runner nozzzles, die casting nozzles, tube exclusion and pipe forming, but have some advantages over the latter.
