Hitco Nozzle Heaters

The heating of nozzle in injection machines is still a big problem owing to the costs incidence and subsequent stops in the production process.
Hitco analyzed a large series of cases causing an earlyy failure, most of them due to plastic leakage impregnating the heater and causing a range of effects as:
- Carbonization of material near electrical connection which causes short circuit
- Penetration of material into the heater will lead carbonizing it.

Mica Band Sealed (Nozzle) Type Heater

Hitco Band heaters are hermetically sealed for liquid plastic during the manufacturing process. The connection between the heating element and the leads is protected by a special fitting made of brasss/stainless steel 1 mm thick, with welding which allows a high mechanical strength in the most delicate area of the heater.

Coil Type Nozzle Heater
